Vedik Bytes ("we," "our," or "us") develops and publishes Android applications on Google Play. This Privacy Policy explains how our applications collect, use, and protect information.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The information collected depends on the specific application you use.
Most of our applications, including Board Pro, GallerySort AI, and Widget Note, are built with a privacy-first architecture. Some of our applications collect no personal information at all, while others may interact with Google services such as Google Play Billing, Google Play Services, or Google AdMob.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated for a specific application:
We do not require user registration.
We do not create user accounts.
We do not store your personal information, notes, drawings, widget contents, or recordings on our own servers.
2. IN-APP PURCHASES & PREMIUM VERSIONS
Applications offering premium features (such as unlocking extended color palettes, extra canvas features, widget customization options, or removing advertisements) use Google Play Billing.
We do NOT collect or store:
Credit card or debit card details
Banking information
Payment credentials
All payments are securely processed by Google Play. Our applications only verify purchase status with Google Play to unlock your purchased features.
3. ADVERTISING
Some of our free applications display advertisements using Google AdMob.
When advertisements are shown, Google may automatically collect technical details such as:

Device information & Operating System version
App interactions & Diagnostic information
Approximate location
This information is processed according to Google's Privacy Policy. Applications or premium versions that do not display advertisements do not access advertising identifiers.

5. DEVICE PERMISSIONS & FUNCTIONALITY
Our applications request only the permissions strictly necessary to provide their intended functionality.
Microphone / Audio Recording
Board Pro & Note Apps: Used only when you explicitly choose to record screen activities with audio or create voice notes. Audio recordings are saved locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.

Board Pro: Used solely to export your drawings, notes, and canvases as images (JPG/PNG) or video recordings to your device storage.
GallerySort AI: Used to let you view, organize, rename, move, or delete your media files locally.
Widget Note: Used to export/import backup files of your notes, pinned reminders, or custom widget configurations locally on your device storage.
Board Pro: Used solely to export your drawings, notes, and canvases as images (JPG/PNG) or video recordings to your device storage.
GallerySort AI: Used to let you view, organize, rename, move, or delete your media files locally.
Widget Note: Used to export/import backup files of your notes, pinned reminders, or custom widget configurations locally on your device storage.
Your media files, notes, widget data, and user-created content remain local to your device. We do not upload them to external servers.
6. SPECIFIC APP ARCHITECTURES
Board Pro
Local Workspace: All drawing, note-taking, infinite scrolling canvases, and screen/audio recordings occur strictly on your device.
Data Transmission: Your created content (pages, drawings, audio recordings) is stored locally. We do not maintain any cloud database containing your drawings or recordings.

Local Storage & Sync: All notes, checklist items, reminders, and widget layout preferences are saved directly to your device's internal storage or local database.

No Server Storage: Note content created inside Widget Note is never transmitted to, processed by, or stored on any external server or cloud service managed by us.

7. DATA RETENTION & DELETION
Because our applications rely on local processing and local storage without cloud user accounts:
Your files, notes, widgets, and recordings remain exclusively on your device.
We do not maintain user databases to collect, track, or sell your personal content.
Uninstalling the application or clearing application data in Android settings permanently deletes locally stored application files, including Widget Note data and widget configurations.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our applications are designed for general productivity and utility. They are not directed toward children under the age of 13 unless explicitly specified on the Google Play listing.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has inadvertently provided personal information through third-party services, please contact us immediately so appropriate action can be taken.
9. SECURITY
We value your trust in using our applications. User-created content—such as drawings, notes, home screen widgets, audio recordings, or media—remains stored locally on your device.
While we utilize standard Android security models and commercially acceptable practices to protect app functionality, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of our applications after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
